Michelle is an outstanding technology expert! She is able to make new and complex technology easy to understand. During my time as a graduate student at The University of Texas at Austin, there were several occasions when Michelle helped me to effectively use Zotero, a software designed to make writing citations easier. Additionally, she was able to help me make modifications to Microsoft Word so that I was more able to effectively edit my scholarship.
